Colorcom has three model as MP-201(indoor type), MP-205(outdoor type) , MP-207(HAA type).

MP-207 is suitable for polyester-HAA powder coatings.

*(hydroxyalkyl amide (HAA) are currently the two mainstream curing agents for outdoor thermoset powder coatings.)


  1. 1.Modified Matte Powder has excellent matting performance. Adding it to the formulation instead of traditional fillers with suitable resin while not using matting agent can obtain a minimum 5-25% G60° gloss in polyester-epoxy and polyester-TGIC system, and in polyester-HAA system can obtain minimum 25% gloss.
    2.The higher the amount of Modified Matte Powder, the lower the gloss. There will be a synergistic effect when used with matting agent corresponding to each system, which can obtain lower gloss and reduce the amount of matting agent.
    3.MP-207 has excellent matting performance and mechanical properties in HAA system. It has good storage stability and low formulation cost, and can solve the problem of powder drop in HAA system.
    4.With excellent compatibility with resin, low oil absorption and good dispersion, the product can increase the amount of filler added in the formulation and reduce the amount of resin. This will not affect any mechanical properties of the coating film such as leveling, adhesion, impact resistance, or bending resistance, and can improve its hardness and scratch resistance.
    5.It can improve the spraying coverage and increase the spraying area by 10% for the same film thickness.
    6.It has excellent chemical resistance, yellowing resistance, light resistance and weather resistance.
