- 1. When dissolving, first add the metered solvent to the dissolution container, and then add the dye in batches.
- 2. After the addition, continue to stir for 30 minutes, let stand for 30 minutes, stir for a few minutes, and let the precipitate stand.
- 3. Use a 300-400 mesh filter for filtering. If there are undissolved materials on the filter, you can add an appropriate amount of solvent to extract the available dyes and discard the remaining impurities.
