Sand Texture Filler SD-16 is a filler specially developed for sand texture powder coating. Replacing traditional fillers with SD-16, the use of sand texture agent can be reduced by around 50%, and there is no need to use bentonite. Even so, the surface gloss can be lower than 5%. Sand Texture Filler SD-16 is an inorganic silica-based composite material made by special filtration and grading and surface treatment with strict crystal shape control by advanced synthesis process technology.

    1. 1.Get a fine sand texture surface with strong three-dimensional feeling.
      2.Reduce the dosage of sand texture agent by around 50% under the same gloss level.
      3.Obtain G60° gloss below 5% without adding bentonite.
      4.Better surface hardness and scratch resistance. Excellent mechanical properties.
      5.Chemically stable. Acid and alkali resistant, salt spray resistant, chemical resistant, and weather resistant.
      6.Pure and stable color on the coating film.
      7.Larger spray area.

Sand texture powder coating is often sprayed on aluminum doors and windows, modern-style furniture, toys, electric tools, etc.
